Features : Product description The TP-Link TL-RP108GE reverse manageable PoE switch has 8 Ethernet ports 10/100/1000Mbps. The first 7 ports are for customers, who supply this switch via passive 24V or 48V PoE, including 802.3af (only mode B, 4,5+/7,8-) with maximum voltage 48V. The supply voltage is further passed to 8th port supporting passive PoE out for powering CPE uplink or camera unit. It is possible to connect various input voltages to the POE-in ports, the highest of them will be in the output. In the event of a power failure from one client, the input voltage automatically switches to the next possible one. On the back side there is also a DC output jack (5.5/2.1mm) with a 5V and 12V manual switch. The correct output voltage is ensured by an integrated voltage converter
